Iofit Health(以下「私たち」といいます)は、お客様のプライバシーを保護し、関連する情報保護およびプライバシー規定を遵守することをお約束します。このプライバシーポリシーは、当社の製品やサービスを使用する際に収集される情報、およびその過程と使用方法を理解するために設計されています。このプライバシーポリシーを読んだ後にさらに質問がある場合は、この文書の最後に記載されているメールアドレスまでお問い合わせください。
こういった情報明細とその収集の理由については
1.個人データの収集
お客様の入力情報：アカウント番号、ニックネーム、性別、タイムゾーン、言語、地域のデータが収集されます。
個人情報：APP起動後、誕生日、身長、体重、性別のデータが収集されます。
保存データ：APP同期の際、アクティビティ情報、睡眠、心拍数、体重などの個人データを収集されます。
着信情報：着信・SMS通知機能を利用のとき、着信・SMSの使用情報。連絡先情報へのアクセスを許可すると、デバイスが着信とSMSを受信したときの表示情報を保存されます。ただし、連絡先やその他の関連データは保存されません。
携帯電話情報：APPを使用の場合、携帯OSのバージョンや携帯のブランドモデルなど情報が収集されます。
ネットワーク使用状況データ：APPの特定の機能に関連するネットワークタイプ、ネットワーク信号など収集されます。
位置データ：位置ベースのサービスまたは位置機能を使用すると、位置データが収集される場合があります。
ログ情報：APPサーバーを閲覧すると、サーバーは、IPアドレス、ブラウザーの種類、ブラウザーの言語、参照元ページ、オペレーティングシステム、タイムスタンプ、クリックストリームデータなど、記録された多数のデータを自動的に記録されます。
ユーザー アプリケーションがクラッシュし、応答がない場合は、クラッシュ情報を bugly (https://android.bugly.qq.com) にアップロードする必要があります。 これにより、制御異常のタイムリーな発見とポジショニング異常のより包括的な理解が容易になります。 ユーザーの問題をより効率的に解決します。 プログラム例外データのみが取得され、ユーザー関連の個人情報およびデータは関与しません。当社は、ユーザーの明示的な許可なしに、個人データまたは機密データを決して収集しないことを約束します。 ユーザーの個人情報が漏洩したり、第三者に共有されることはありません。
デバイス情報：APPを使用してハードウェアデバイスに接続すると、デバイスの一意の識別子、バージョン、およびおおよその地理的位置を含むがこれらに限定されないデータ（非個人データ）がサーバーに送信されます。上記のデータ収集は、システムまたはソフトウェアの更新、元の工場出荷時設定の復元などにも適用される場合があります。
デバッグ情報：問題の分析に役立つデバッグ情報をアップロードすることを選択すると、デバッグ情報がサーバーに送信されます。
画像情報: ユーザーがアプリやデバイスを使用中に、サポートが必要な場合は、アプリの「ヘルプ」から弊社のサポートに連絡することができます。フィードバックを通じて、問題をテキストや画像で説明し、弊社に送信することができます。これにより、よりスムーズな問題解決が可能となり、より良い製品体験を得ることができます。
2.個人データの使用用途
個人データを収集する目的は、お客様にサービスや製品を提供することであり、当社はまた、規制を遵守するために適用される法律および規制の対象となります。お客様は、このプライバシーポリシーで指定された目的のために、会社が個人データを処理し、関連会社（通信、ソーシャルメディア、テクノロジー、クラウドサービス）およびサードパーティのサービスプロバイダー（定義については以下を参照）に開示することに同意するものとします。当社は、以下の目的でお客様の個人データを使用する場合があります。お客様のデータ（個人データを含む場合があります）の使用方法の詳細は次のとおりです。
APPアカウントの登録：APPを通じて収集された個人情報は、個人アカウントとユーザーデータページの作成に使用されます。
運動結果の計算：個人の身体データを使用して、運動結果を正確に計算します。
APPサービスの提供：デバイスデータは、関連データをユーザーに表示します。
発信者情報の表示：着信またはテキストメッセージを受信すると、デバイスは発信者のデータを表示します。
電話がサポートされているかどうかを確認します。電話情報は、電話がAPPを使用できるかどうかを判断するために使用されます。
ネットワーク関連サービスの提供：ネットワークタイプとネットワーク信号を使用して、さまざまなネットワーク環境で更新されたバージョンをダウンロードするようにユーザーに促します。
位置情報サービスの提供：APPの使用中、位置データは["デバイス検索"]および["天気"]機能に使用されます。たとえば、APPの検索デバイスを介して接続したり、位置最適化気象機能を使用したりすると、APPが正確なコンテンツを提供できるように、位置情報がAPPに返送される場合があります。
サービスの最適化：記録されたデータを使用して、サービス品質を向上させるためです。
デバイス管理の提供：このタイプのデータは、バインドされたデバイスの管理を提供します。
ソフトウェアの安定性の向上：より良いサービスを提供するために、ソフトウェアの品質を分析するための障害レコードを収集します。
保管と保護
完全に侵入できないシステムや技術はまだありません。当社は、お客様の個人データへの不正アクセスを防止するために適切な措置を講じます。個人データの収集には暗号化技術を使用しています。
ユーザーのプライバシーを保護するために、メールアドレス識別子を使用し、データを匿名に保ちます。特にご要望がない限り、サービスの維持・向上に欠かせないデータとして、当面の間データを保有しております。
お客様の権利
お客様には自分の個人情報にアクセスする権利があります。当社カスタマーサービスに連絡することができ、私たちがお客様を助け、私たちがお客様に持っているすべての個人情報のコピーを届けることができることを意味します。お客様には、どのような個人情報が収集されたかを知る権利があります。この情報が何のために使用されているか、そしてそれが他の当事者に開示されているかどうか。お客様の情報を確認するために、追加情報の提供をお願いする場合があります。

第三者
Apple Health、Google Fit、Stravaと協力しています。したがって、これらの企業は、厳格な規則や規制の下で当社のデータベースにアクセスできます。当社は、ユーザーの同意なしに、ユーザーの個人情報を他の無関係な第三者に提供、販売、貸与、または共有することはありません。

未成年者への対応方針
13歳未満の方は、適用法に従い、保護者の同意なしにユーザーアカウントを作成することは許可されていません。保護者の同意なしに関連する最低年齢未満の子供から収集された個人情報は、できるだけ早く削除される可能性があります。

We respect your right to privacy!
Iofit Health (hereinafter simply "we") is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with relevant information protection and privacy laws. This privacy policy is designed to help you understand the information collected when you use our products and services, and how we process and use them. What information and why
1. Personal data we collect
About your information: We may collect and use account number, nickname, gender, time zone, language and region data.
Personal information: After launching the APP, we need you to provide birthday, height, weight, and gender data.
Device record data: When you use APP to synchronize device data, we will record personal data, including but not limited to activity information, sleep, heart rate, and weight.
Incoming call information: When you use the incoming call and SMS notification function, you will get the status of the incoming call and SMS. If you allow access to contact information, it will be displayed when the device receives incoming calls and SMS. However, your contacts and other related data will not be stored.
Mobile phone information: When you use the APP, we need to obtain your mobile phone operating system version and mobile phone brand model.
Network usage data: We may collect network types, network signals, etc. related to specific functions of the APP.
Location data: When you use location-based program services or features, we may collect your location data.
Log information: When you browse the APP server, our server will automatically record a number of recorded data, including but not limited to: IP address, browser type, browser language, reference source page, operating system, timestamp and clickstream data.
When the user application crashes and no responses during, we need to upload the crash information to bugly (https://android.bugly.qq.com). which facilitates timely discovery of control abnormalities and a more comprehensive understanding of positioning abnormalities. Solve user problems more efficiently. Only program exception data is obtained, and user-related personal information and data are not involved.We are committed to never collecting personal or sensitive data without the explicit permission of our users. The user's private information will never be leaked and shared with third parties.
Device information: When you use the APP to connect to a hardware device, data (non-personal data) including but not limited to the unique identifier, version, and approximate geographic location of the device will be sent to the server. The above data collection may also apply to your system or software update, restoration of original factory settings, etc.
Debugging information: When you choose to upload debugging information to help us analyze the problem, your debugging information will be sent to the server.
Image information: When users need us to provide customer support during the use of applications or devices, they can contact our customer service through "Help" on the APP, and through feedback, they can submit text or images to describe the problem to us and send it to us. Help us deal with users' problems as soon as possible and get a better product experience.
2. How will we use personal data
The purpose of collecting personal data is to provide you with services and/or products, and we are also subject to applicable laws and regulations to comply with regulations. You hereby agree to the company's processing and disclosure of personal data to affiliated companies (communication, social media, technology and cloud services) and third-party service providers (see below for definitions) for the purposes specified in this privacy policy. Registering an APP account: The personal information collected through the APP will be used to create a personal account and user data page.
Calculating exercise results: We will use personal body data to accurately calculate exercise results.
Provide APP service: The device data will show the related data to the user.
Show caller information: When you receive an incoming call or text message, the device will display the caller's data.
Determine whether the phone is supported: The phone information will be used to determine whether your phone can use the APP.
Provide network-related services: We will use network types and network signals to prompt users to download updated versions in different network environments.
Provide location-based services: During the use of the APP, location data will be used for the ["Device Search"] and ["Weather"] functions. For example, when you connect through the APP's search device or use the location-optimized weather function, your location information may be sent back to the APP so that the APP can provide you with accurate content.
Optimize service: We will use recorded data to improve service quality.
Provide device management: This type of data provides management of bound devices.
Improve software stability: Collect fault records for analyzing software quality, so as to provide better services.
Storage and protection
No system or technology has yet to be proved to be completely impenetrable. We take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. We use encryption technology when collecting personal data.
We use email address identifiers and keep data anonymous to protect the privacy of the user. Unless requested otherwise, we are currently retaining data for the foreseeable future as it is crucial for the maintenance and improvement of the services.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information. This means that you can contact our customer service and we can assist you and deliver a copy of all the personal information we have on you. You have the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, what this information is being used for and if it has been disclosed to any other parties. To verify your information, we may have to ask for additional information.
You have the right to have any of your information corrected or deleted either by doing it directly by yourself or through customer service. If you want to have your information deleted, we will delete all information pertaining to you. You can create a new user account after having all your previous data deleted.
You have the right to withdraw your consent. As we have requested for your consent to process your information, this can be reversed by contacting customer service. This also means that withdrawal of consent prevents us from offering the service to you.
Third parties
We are collaborating with Apple Health, Google Fit and Strava. Hence, these corporations have access to our database under strict rules and regulations. We never provide, sell, rent out or share user’s personal information to any other non-related third party without user’s consent.
Your information may be processed outside the country that the services you are using is based in, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) where the standard of protection of privacy does not meet the requirements set by the European Commission. When transferring information, we comply with all applicable laws to guarantee sufficient protection of your privacy.
We never disclose any of your personal information without a separate permission from you, unless it is necessary for handling your order, carrying out your request, or managing our interactive customer programs. Information may, however, be disclosed if necessary because of law, a court order, or a regulation or request issued by authorities.
Policy towards children
Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to create user accounts without their parents’ consent in accordance with applicable law. Personal information collected from a child under the relevant minimum age without parental consent will be subject to deletion as soon as possible.
